UnitedHealthcare Global Assistance Coordinators are available 24/7 to help you with travel emergencies. For immediate assistance, contact the Emergency Response Center using one of the methods below. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should immediately call local emergency services or go to the nearest physician or hospital before calling UnitedHealthcare Global.

When you call, be prepared with as much of the following information as possible:

  • your name
  • your organization’s name and ID number
  • description of the situation
  • phone number to reach you

A UnitedHealthcare Global, multilingual assistance coordinator will render whatever assistance is necessary, and will continue to monitor your case until the situation is resolved.

Email and web communications may be delayed beyond our control and any severe injuries, illnesses or security situations should be handled by phone whenever possible.
